What Is We Assist?
We Assist is a community errand marketplace. Need something done? Post it. Want to help and earn? Claim it. You only pay when an assistant accepts your errand, and live tracking shows you where your helper is until it's done.
For Customers
- 1Post your errand — pick a size, describe it, and set when you need it done.
- 2An assistant claims it and we email you a payment link (you're only charged once accepted).
- 3Track your assistant live on the map until the errand is complete.
For Assistants
- 1Browse open errands and claim one that fits you.
- 2Keep the app open on the task page so your live location updates for the customer.
- 3Complete the errand at the location to verify, and earn 100% of the offer.
How It Works
Four simple steps to get your errand done.

Place Your Order (If Wanting an Order Picked Up)
If you're ordering items or products to be picked up, place your order on the company's website or call ahead — Starbucks, locally-owned shops, grocery stores, or anywhere that does order-ahead for pickup. Not ordering items? Skip straight to Step 2.

Post Your Errand on the We Assist You Page
Go to the We Assist You page and fill out the information on what you need assistance with / what you need done.

An Assistant Accepts Your Errand
An assistant will either accept your errand request and We Assist will provide you with updates on your order. If your errand is not accepted, you'll receive a notification 3 minutes before it's due and you won't be charged.

Get Charged After Completion
After an assistant completes your errand, you get charged. If the errand wasn't accepted, you pay nothing — no fees.
